HelloChoose is not directed to children, and you must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or otherwise use this service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 13, we will delete it.

• Optional profile details you choose to provide, such as age group and gender.
• Content you submit: poll questions, descriptions, categories, and photos you upload.
• Voting activity, including votes cast on polls and an anonymous vote-tracking cookie used to prevent duplicate votes.
• If you sign in with Google, basic profile information from your Google account (name, email).

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you when you sign in.
• To operate core features: publishing polls, recording votes, and preventing duplicate voting.
• To maintain the safety and integrity of the service, including basic content moderation.
• To communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information. Poll questions, descriptions, photos, and vote counts you choose to publish are visible to anyone with a link to the poll. We may share information with service providers who help us run HelloChoose (such as hosting and image storage), bound by obligations to protect your data, or when required by law.

We retain account and poll data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You can update your account details at any time from your account page, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
