You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Once created, your account’s display name cannot be changed. Provide accurate information when registering.

You agree not to use HelloChoose to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or contains profanity.
• Upload images you do not have the right to share, or that infringe someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to manipulate votes, circumvent duplicate-vote protections, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

You retain ownership of the questions, descriptions, and photos you submit. By posting content on HelloChoose, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

You may stop using HelloChoose and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

HelloChoose is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of HelloChoose after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
